By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Kosse, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and any policies referenced by it. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.
Your use of Kosse confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. If you use the app on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for all information, entries, notes, images, reminders, dates, logs, and other content you create, upload, store, or manage through Kosse. You agree that your content will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will use the app in a lawful and responsible manner.
You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device, managing notification settings, and reviewing your own countdowns, plans, training logs, and reminder details. Kosse is a tool that assists with organization and tracking; you remain solely responsible for your decisions, schedules, and activities.
You may not use Kosse to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: uploading unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app or its related systems; interfering with normal operation; introducing malware, malicious code, or harmful scripts; using bots, scrapers, automation tools, or similar methods to access or extract data; and reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
You may not use the app to harass others, distribute spam, exploit any purchasing system, falsify usage activity, or misuse virtual items. Any use that could damage Kosse, its users, service providers, or business operations is strictly prohibited.
Kosse is intended only for users who are at least 17 years old. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 17 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the app. If local law requires parental, guardian, or other legal authorization for your use, you are responsible for obtaining it before use.
Kosse is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, operate without interruption, or be free from delays, errors, bugs, or security issues.
We may add, remove, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature, function, content, purchase option, or portion of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes maintenance periods, technical updates, changes in design, and feature limitations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kosse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and quiet enjoyment.
We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations, that reminders will always trigger at a specific time, that stored information will never be lost, or that any output, trend view, timeline, training record, date calculation, or summary will be complete, current, or error-free.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Kosse, including text, dates, notes, logs, images, cover photos, progress images, and other materials you provide. Kosse does not claim ownership of your user content.
However, by using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and temporary license to host, process, format, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app's functions for you. This license ends when your content is deleted from the service, except to the extent retention is required for technical, legal, backup, or security purposes.
We may revise this User Agreement from time to time. When we do, we may update the effective date above and make the revised terms available through the app or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Kosse after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the app.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Kosse for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license allows you to use the app solely as intended for date countdowns, anniversary reminders, milestone tracking, calendar review, archive viewing, theme card saving, and related personal logging and planning functions.
No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated in this Agreement.
Kosse may offer consumable virtual currency, including coins, through Apple In-App Purchase mechanisms. Coins may be used only within the app for eligible digital features or functions designated by us. Coins are licensed, not sold, and have no monetary value outside the app.
All purchases are processed by Apple under its own terms and billing policies. Except where required by applicable law or Apple policy, purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another user or account. We may change the availability, pricing, use, or scope of coins and related digital items at any time.
Kosse is a lightweight utility app designed to help users organize important dates, anniversaries, milestones, long-term plans, and reminder-based timelines in a clear and reviewable format. The app centers on countdown management, passed-day review, recurring date rules, local reminders, calendar browsing, archive access, and themed card presentation so users can create, revisit, edit, and preserve meaningful date entries over time.
The app may also include structured logging and planning features presented in a toolbox-style experience, such as Training Project, Workout Runner, Rest Timer, System Sound Cue, Training Log, Weekly Stats, History Detail, and Repeat Training drafts. Depending on the feature set available in a given version, users may classify routines or entries, record movement or target areas, set default durations, set counts, rest intervals, sound preferences, completion details, and notes, and maintain records with or without images.
Kosse is intended as a practical productivity and review tool rather than a social platform, public content feed, chat service, or cross-device synchronization service. Its core experience may include Days, Add Date, Edit Date, Date Detail, Calendar, Archive, Settings, store and purchase flows, reminder review, mark-complete actions, edit and delete functions, share actions, theme card saving, historical tracking, and visual timeline summaries. Features may evolve over time and may vary by app version, device, region, or operating environment.
Kosse, including its software, design, layout, visual elements, interfaces, trademarks, branding, text, graphics, compilations, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in this Agreement, you receive no ownership interest or other rights in the app. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or exploit any part of the app except as permitted by law or by our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, licensors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, device failure, or interruption of use arising out of or related to Kosse or this Agreement.
We are not responsible for missed reminders, inaccurate date calculations, incomplete logs, deleted entries, purchase issues handled by third-party platforms, or any personal, training, scheduling, or planning decisions you make based on app content. If liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Kosse at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement, created risk for the service or others, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we decide to modify or discontinue the app.
You may stop using the app at any time. Termination or discontinuation of access does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
Some outputs, summaries, timelines, drafts, statistics, reminders, or other results displayed by Kosse may be automatically generated or assembled based on information you provide and system processing. These results are offered for general informational and organizational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or usefulness of any generated or automated result. You are solely responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them, and any reliance is at your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, licensors, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: your use of Kosse; your user content; your violation of this Agreement or applicable law; or your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party right.
This obligation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to Kosse will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
